Fitness Powers Inc. has brought together a group of talented individuals who will work with you to achieve your health and wellness goals. Although their journeys to become trainers and instructors are unique, they share a common desire to help their clients achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Each staff takes a personal and comprehensive approach to understand your needs, taking the time to learn about you before creating a fitness program. They offer a safe, motivating, and empowering environment where you can be successful and have fun!.
Fitness Powers Inc. has assembled a team of six personal trainers/instructors who are: – certified through a nationally accredited organization,
- up to date with the most current health and fitness information,
- certified in standard first aid and CPR; and
- able to create a personal program, just for you.

Since 1988, she has designed, managed and delivered a variety of health and wellness programs. For the past six years, as owner/operator of Fitness Powers In., she has been a personal trainer, post-rehab specialist and lifestyle, fitness and nutrition coach to a growing number of local and visiting clients.
Tracy understands well the need for individuals to stay healthy through the many stages of life. For this reason, she also offers fitness programs for individuals with chronic health conditions like stroke, diabetes, dementia, and cancer. Tracy believes that with the right guidance and support, anyone can make changes that help them realize their potential and maintain a healthier lifestyle. This is what keeps her motivated to grow as a professional so she can pass this knowledge on others.
As a fitness trainer and entrepreneur, Tracy has been acknowledged for her interpersonal skills and her focus on delivering an excellent client experience. She has a keen sense of how to motivate others to follow her lead, but is also a strong leader who has an ability to handle any situation with calm and creativity.
Taking a holistic view of her clients’ health, Tracy coordinates the design of her programs with a range of supporting services including dietitians, massage therapists, chiropractors and physiotherapists to meet clients’ needs.

As a fitness professional, her goal is to guide individuals to improve their overall health and to teach them to balance health with the ongoing demands of day-to-day life. What motivates Julie is her belief that embracing a healthy lifestyle is an ongoing journey that begins with a positive mindset and a realistic plan to achieve your goals. Julie is an older adult fitness specialist, but enjoys working with people from across the age spectrum.
She brings extensive experience as a personal trainer, specializing in customized one-on-one training. Over the years, she has enhanced her skills through ongoing education opportunities and by volunteering in her community by assisting with the County Marathon, Relay for Live, and family events organized through her church.
Maggie was challenged to maintain a healthy diet and be physically active most of her life. After having children, she struggled to keep her weight down and began experiencing severe heartburn, acid reflux, body aches and pains and a low energy level.
After being told she was at risk for developing diabetes, Maggie realized she needed to take immediate action and joined the Fitness Powers Biggest Loser program in 2012. What she liked about the program was the guided approach she received to become more physically active and learn how to take better care of herself.
Between the Biggest Loser program and changes to her diet, Maggie lost over 30 pounds and has improved her overall health. She continues to work towards her ultimate goal and is now more physically fit than she has ever been.
In learning how to take care of herself and exercising more, Maggie found a passion that has driven her to help others.
An interest in improving her own health, transformed into a goal to work with others to help them strengthen their bodies for better overall health. Kristen obtained her CanFit Pro personal trainer and P90x Live certifications in 2016.
Her drive and dedication to the world of personal training allows her to feel as passionate about your goals as you are. Her teaching style is to encourage and support you while you work towards personals goals you never would have thought possible.
Montana is a graduate of the Fitness and Health Promotion Program at Loyalist College, where she received Honours and the Fitness and Health Promotion Contribution and Leadership Award. She is also a graduate of Recreation and Leisure Services Program at Loyalist College, making her a great addition to the Fitness Powers family. She also recently became a Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology Certified Personal Trainer.
Her passions are in the areas of sport and sport training. . However, she loves helping her clients reach their goals, no matter how big or small they are.
