
We are happy to launch our Semi-Private Training Program!
Semi-Private Training (SPT) is a program where up to 5 people work with a dedicated trainer, progressing towards a goal such as improved health, weight loss, or toning and strength gains. You can choose 1,2 or 3 sessions per week.
Includes:
– Intake Session – weight, measurements, movement assessment, and a posture screening (if you choose to have these done)
– One superstar coach for every session
– Personalized Program – including all progressions and any individual alterations
– Access to a private facebook group, a goal tracking book, free workshops, and discounted event pricing
Individualized meal plans with recipes and shopping lists are available for a small extra fee.
Semi-private training times
Mondays: 5:30-6:30 pm or 6:35-7:35 pm
Tuesdays: 3:30-4:30 pm
Wednesdays: 6:30-7:30 pm
Thursdays: 6:30-7:15 am, 3:30-4:30 pm or 6:30-7:30 pm
Saturdays: 9:00-10:00 am
