Make a list of all the sugary beverages your drink. Choose one to get rid of. Remove from your home and create a plan for a substitute if you need to. The substitute must not contain sugar.
Some great options are carbonated water, herbal teas, water or water with essential oils. Lately I have been enjoying lemon and lime essential oils in my water.
