DIY Program – Lunch Express
Whether you have your own workout or you follow the Fitness Powers workout of the month, the idea of this program is for you do it yourself. Book a work out time that is convenient for you, use our studio, use our equipment. At an additional fee you have the option to have a trainer create a personalize program.
