We believe exercise is medicine. Our mission is to empower you to adopt a healthier lifestyle by using the powers of being active and eating healthily. We work with you to help you gain the knowledge, skills, and motivation you need to achieve your health and wellness goals.

Our Facilities

 You’ll find everything you need to achieve your health and wellness goals at both our Picton (link to map?) and Wellington (link to map?) locations. We take great pride in keeping our studios clean and our equipment well maintained. Our experienced and supportive staff is always available to show you how to use proper exercise form, assist you in creating a fitness/nutrition plan, or help you find a technique that works for you. Working out is more than losing weight, gaining muscle, or getting in shape. Working out is a journey to a better mind, body, and spirit. Our staff is there to guide you along that journey.

Our Team

At Fitness Powers, we have assembled a strong team of dynamic and talented individuals who will strive to help you reach your health and wellness goals. We take the time to learn about you – your long- and short-term goals as welL as your current fitness, health, and nutritional habits. When you join Fitness Powers, you benefit from a team of dedicated trainers, instructors, coaches and staff members who will guide you towards your goals. Each of our Personal Trainers has been certified through a nationally accredited organization.

We are thankful for the generous support from the communities where we do business. This is why Fitness Powers gives back through involvement and charitable contributions. Over the years, we have contributed to activities such as The County Marathon, Relay-for-life, Wellington Women’s Run, Hike for Hospice, and provided complimentary community fitness classes.
